While I was interested to try the fried green tomatoes, I wasn’t fond of the red pepper sauce,
Pecan’s release a lot of oil into the pan making the catfish cook really fast. I may have under-cooked the catfish. The Succotash was interesting. The Hush Puppies were AMAZING. We ate most of them before we plated.
The first batch I made was really really light. I didn’t let the sugar caramelize. The second batch turned out really well though.
